Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesday and Friday - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Appointments & Consultations
Scheduling is pre-planned to allow the correct time for each service. Please be on time or several minutes early to ensure full treatment time. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.
Cancellations
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to reschedule your appointment for a convenient time, and give someone who may be on the waiting list an opportunity for an earlier appointment at our Battle Creek or Kalamazoo-area plastic surgery centers.
Late Arrivals
In order for us to provide the best possible care, each and every patient is entitled to the full time allocated for their appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment or shorten your treatment time so we are able to stay on time for the next patient. The fee for your treatment will remain the same.
If you have an emergency that appears life-threatening, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
