Scheduling is pre-planned to allow the correct time for each service. We ask that all initial cosmetic consultation appointments be guaranteed by a credit card or pre-payment. Please be on time or several minutes early to insure full treatment time. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we require cancellations to be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. The scheduled time has been allotted specifically for you with one of our physicians. Because of the 48 hour cancellation requirement, a credit card is required when scheduling services, even if payment will be made in cash, check or by gift certificate. If proper notice of cancellation is received, we will refund all pre-payments or gladly apply the prepayment toward a new appointment. If proper notice of cancellation is not provided, we reserve the right to charge your credit card or retain prepayments for “No Show” cancelled services. In the event of extenuating circumstances, we may apply a previous deposit to a rescheduled appointment time.
In order for us to provide the best possible care, each and every patient is entitled to the full time allocated for their appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment or shorten your treatment time so we are able to stay on time for the next patient. The fee for your treatment will remain the same.
Gift Certificates make great gifts and are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable.
Some reconstructive procedures are covered by insurance companies and we currently participate with most insurance plans. However, this cannot be determined until prior authorization is filed with your insurance carrier. This prior authorization will allow you to better understand both your coverage and your financial responsibility. Please be prepared to provide us with all necessary insurance information at the time of your initial office visit and remember that the prior authorization is not a guarantee of payment from any insurance company.
It is important to remember that very few cosmetic procedures are covered by insurance. For cosmetic procedures, a quote will be given at your initial consultation detailing our fees and ancillary charges (including 6 months of postoperative care), as well as any Surgery Center or Anesthesia fees. There are no hidden costs. Should you decide to have surgery, the initial consultation fee will be deducted from your procedure cost. Full payment of cosmetic surgery fees must be made one week prior to your scheduled surgery date. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Personal Checks with Proper ID, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Affordable financing is also available. Our Cosmetic Coordinator will gladly assist you in filing the necessary forms to obtain financing. You can talk to our staff about a monthly payment plan that comfortably fits your budget and they will assist you through the quick, hassle-free application. In most cases, you will be approved in just a few minutes after your initial consult so you can schedule your procedure(s) the same day. We have a variety of companies from which to choose.
Please remember that we do not receive any financial compensation, of any kind from these companies. In fact, the financing companies charge our office to use their services. These costs are typically included in your fees.
