This 23 year-old patient is 5'4" with a size A cup preoperatively. 325 cc, smooth, round MP, saline implants were used (350 cc fill), giving the patient postoperative full- size B breasts. The location of the incision was inframammary and implants placed sub-pectoral. After photos for this patient were taken 7 weeks postoperatively.
