This 18 year old presents with severe asymmetry of the breasts. To overcome the difference between her A cup left and D cup right breast a two stage approach was used. The first surgery included a 330 gram right breast reduction and placement of a tissue expander on the left. After the left breast skin was stretched over eight weeks, a 350 cc HP Siltex gel implant was placed to achieve a full C cup size to match the right. Photos taken 3 months following her second surgery.
