This 19 year old patient presents with moderate breast asymmetry. Significant improvement is achieved with a differential augmentation. A 275 cc saline Moderate Profile(300 cc fill) was used on the left and a saline 380 cc High Profile( 450 cc fill ) was used on the fight.
