This 36 year-old mother lost over 150 pounds following gastric bypass surgery in the Detroit metro area. She presented for consultation to deal with severe skin laxity of the abdomen and sagging of her breasts. A combined extended abdominoplasty, liposuction(1250 cc), breast augmentation(425/470 cc fill), mastopexy, and ventral hernia repair was performed. Postoperative photos were taken six weeks following surgery.
