This 30 year-old patient desired augmentation to regain the breast shape she had prior to having children. 425 MP saline, smooth, round implants were placed in a subpectoral plane. She was filled to 450 cc on the right and 475 cc on the left to minimize her mild preoperative asymmetry. Postoperative photos taken at six weeks.
