Insurance Coverage and Fees
Some reconstructive procedures may be covered by insurance, and we currently participate with most insurance plans. However, your coverage cannot be determined until prior authorization is filed with your insurance carrier. This prior authorization will allow you to better understand both your coverage and your financial responsibility. Please be prepared to provide us with all necessary insurance information at the time of your initial office visit, and remember that prior authorization is not a guarantee of payment from any insurance company.
It is important to remember that very few cosmetic procedures are covered by insurance. For cosmetic procedures, a quote will be given at your initial consultation detailing our fees and ancillary charges (including 6 months of postoperative care), as well as any Surgery Center or Anesthesia fees. There are no hidden costs. Should you decide to have surgery, the initial consultation fee of $50 will be deducted from your procedure cost. Full payment of cosmetic surgery fees must be made one week prior to your scheduled surgery date. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Personal Checks with Proper ID, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Financing Options

Affordable financing is available and they will assist you through the quick, straightforward application process. In most cases, you will be approved in just a few minutes after your initial consult so you can schedule your procedure(s) the same day. Gift Certificates
